TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CLEANING CONTRACT

1/ The contract as set out shall be in force for 12 months from the date shown 
2/ The monthly charge for the general cleaning will be £  000.00 pcm
3/ High Spec Cleaning Shall ensure that adequate supervision is provided for its staff and the general conduct is in keeping with the clients own procedures.
4/ The client shall also ensure that the premises are safe for the employees to carry out the work and abide by the statutory regulations appertaining to health and safety
5/ The contractor shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the customer or any other party arising out of the contractors failure to carry out work if prevented from doing so as a result of any circumstances beyond the contractors control .
6/ It shall be assumed that if no written complaint is received by the contractor its obligations under the agreement are being performed to the satisfaction of the customer. Should any complaint be necessary either as to the quality of the work or the conduct of the staff or as to breakage of any article on the customers property caused by the cleaning staff, it shall be made in writing within 24 hours of its occurrence and upon receipt of any such complaint the contractor will investigate and rectify the matter without expense to the customer.
7/ On termination of the contract by either the customer or the contractor.      3 months notice must be given in writing by either party. The customer shall provide reasonable access to the companys representive to remove all equipment etc from the customers premises.
8/ The management of High Spec Cleaning will continue to visit site once per month to inspect the quality of work to assist the current cleaners and clean the internal glazing

9/ High Spec Cleaning will supply all equipment, materials and cleaning products that are required for the cleaners to carry out their cleaning duties.
